Welcome to our information and engagement website for the proposed redevelopment on Town Quay, Southampton.

The Nicolas James Group, a Southampton based local property investor has successfully delivered high-quality residential and commercial properties across the South of England.

Over the last 25 years at the Nicolas James Group, we have developed a strong track record of delivering award winning residential, hospitality and care schemes.

We only build quality and seek to find opportunities and challenges that others do not see or cannot manage for the long term. Many of our projects have been highly sensitive works, we have delivered refurbishments to multiple Grade I, Grade II and Grade II* Listed Buildings to the highest quality, such as this building, our recently refurbished Harbour House. To find out more about Nicolas James Group, visit our website here.

You may be aware of early discussions regarding a possible regeneration of Town Quay pictured above. An experienced team of consultants has been brought together to work on creating an exciting vision for Southampton waterfront.

We now feel the time is right to engage to give residents the opportunity to learn more about the plans for the redevelopment of the area within the redline right.
